FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Michigan Leading The Charge For Restoration Of American History Curriculum
Lansing, MI, December 11, 2013 - The MI Senate passed, by a wide margin, "Constituting Michigan - Return of Founding Principles" (CMRFP) legislation (SB 120, SB 121, and SB 423) which renews constitutional and historical curriculum in grades K-12. This package of bills is timely; but more importantly, it provides a valuable outline for other states to follow. The bills should go to the Michigan House education Committee in early January 2014 and be presented to the floor of the Michigan House of Representatives by the end of January 2014.

The CMRFP bill package is the forerunner to the larger Constituting America - Return of Founding Principles, a program to renew constitutional curriculum nationally that was approved through the RNC in August of 2013.

SB 120, SB 121 and SB 423 are designed to restore America’s time-honored principles back into Michigan school systems in order to teach America’s youth the foundation of the Constitutional Republic form of government. The bills also teach future leaders the importance of maintaining a balance of government that will support the American way of Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. With the wisdom that is the basis of our nation’s success, our children will be prepared to be the future leaders of freedom and liberty for years to come.

CMRFP’s founder, Bill Sage offers this observation, "Only 12 percent of high-school seniors reached proficiency, or a level of solid achievement on basic U.S. history. Recently, 1,000 high school students were given the United States Citizenship test. Only 2.8 percent of them passed, and none were able to answer all ten questions correctly." Bill Sage is the founder behind the Constituting Michigan/America - Return Founding Principles program and co-author of the Legislation package SB 120, SB 121 and SB 423. Allegan County Commissioner Bill Sage announcing new WOLF PAC to galvanize support for Rep. Tom McMillin’s Liberty Preservation Bill
With the threat to every citizen of our great country falling prey to being arrested in the middle of night, local immediate action must be taken to safeguard those constitutional rights to the citizens of the Great State of Michigan. For the first time in history, we must call on our elected officials to uphold their “Oath of Office” to defend the Constitution from enemies foreign and domestic.

Rep. Tom McMillin has respectfully presented a Liberty Preservation Bill, HB5768 to the Michigan House of Representatives. This new Liberty Preservation Resolution, will be presented to the Allegan County Board of Commissioners in support of Rep. Tom McMillin’s Liberty Bill HB5768, on July 26th, 2012 at 1:00pm, at the County Services Building in Allegan County.

This local action is necessary because, as many already know, Obama, with the help of congress and the Senate, passed the 2012 NDAA, making it legal to arrest and detain indefinitely Americans without due process. Citizens cannot stand by and permit this type of travesty to the US Constitution that all local, state, and federal officials "took an oath to protect." The federal NDAA, enacted on Dec 31, 2012, is in direct violation of the following “rights” granted to all people under the US Constitution: 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, and 14th amendments. At the state level, NDAA directly violates the following sections of the MI State Constitution: Article 1 sections 7, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, 23, and 24. In order to protect these rights, it is time for Michiganders to speak up against this unconstitutional federal law!
Please take "ACTION", support and urge your Board of Commissioners, Republican Executive Committees, Tea Parties, etc. in order to pass local “Liberty Preservation” resolutions in support of Rep. Tom McMillin's  “Liberty Preservation” Bill (HB 5768), which makes it illegal for State of Michigan Officials, and National Guard members, to participate in the investigation and arrest of Michigan citizens without due process
.
It is noted that recent positive activity and interest for this Liberty Preservation Resolution has been reported from the following counties: Oakland, Clinton, Eaton, Grand Traverse, Cheboygan, Antrim and Allegan.
For copies of the Liberty Preservation Resolution, please contact Bill Sage at wolfpacmi@yahoo.com or see the website at www.wolfpacmi.blogspot.com.
As a growing statewide response to these injustices, local Allegan County Commissioner Bill Sage has created a citizen group called W.O.L.F PAC, which stands for “We the people Of Liberty and Freedom PAC.” The W.O.L.F. PAC Mission is to peaceably defend our country and constitution, to help create (write) legislation and support legislators that sponsor legislation (wherever necessary) that:

1.  Supports and Strengthens the Constitution.
2.  Decreases or eliminates bureaucracies.
3.  Supports and reinstates the 10th Amendment.
4.  Shrinks the size of Federal and State Government.
